Facebook Pages

Connect Facebook Pages to Polar to track your Page's followers, reach, engagement and post performance next to your other channels.
Before you start
You need the Admin role in Polar to add connectors.
You need access to the Facebook Page in Meta, with permission to view its insights.
Connect Facebook Pages
Go to the Connectors page and search for Facebook Pages.
Click Connect.
Log in to Facebook and allow Polar to access your Pages.
Select the Page you want to connect.
Your data can take up to 24 hours to appear. See Data Syncs.
Metrics and dimensions
To see the current list, open the custom table builder and search for Facebook Pages metrics.

Engagement rate is Page engagements divided by Page impressions. Page reactions and Post reactions include every reaction type, such as Like, Love and Wow.

FAQs
Why is my reach in Polar higher than in Meta?
Meta counts each person once over the period you choose. Polar adds up each day's reach, so someone who sees your Page on several days is counted on each day. This is the same as for Instagram. See Instagram Business.
Why can't I break down Page metrics by Post Id?
Page metrics are reported for the whole Page, not per post. Use the Post metrics to compare posts.
