Viewing omni-channel sales data
Last updated: October 23, 2026
When you connect more than one sales channel, such as Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, you can see your sales across all channels combined and split by channel.
Before you start
Connect each sales channel you want to include. See Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
Show combined and per-channel sales on a dashboard
Open the dashboard you want to use, or create a new one. See Understanding Dashboards.
Add a Card Grid for your combined totals.
Add cards for the blended metrics you want, such as Blended Total Sales or Blended Total Orders. See Blended Metrics for the full list.
Add another Card Grid for each channel, and add that channel's metrics, for example Total Sales from Shopify.
For card types and settings, see Building Custom Dashboards: Charts & Cards.
Create a combined metric that doesn't exist yet
If the blended metric you need isn't available, build it as a custom metric.
Open the custom metric builder.
Add the Shopify metric, for example Gross Sales.
Add a + operation.
Add the matching Amazon metric.
Name the custom metric and save it.
Then add it to a card or a custom table like any other metric. See Understanding Custom Metrics.
Compare channels in one table
To see every channel side by side, build a custom table with your blended metrics and each channel's metrics as columns. See Understanding Custom Tables & Charts.
